On Sunday 19 April 2026, the adidas Manchester Marathon will take place, and road closures will be in effect across the city centre.

The marathon route includes Oxford Road, but our car parks and access to our hospitals remain open at all times, with our services running as normal.

If you’re planning to visit our site on Sunday, you may need to allow more time to get here.
